The 520nm cut-off LED products are designed for semiconductor clean room, photo lithography, print shop or other UV-sensitive areas.

In 2020, Benson Energy Saving Technology was honored and to be selected to offer yellow T8 LED lighting in use of photolithography and other UV-sensitive areas. Our T8 LED yellow lighting can effectively block all photoresist sensitive wavelengths from 0 to 520 nanometers under light diffuser filter protection, and can be used for machines, equipment and UV-sensitives manufacturing areas. Our direct replacement LED lighting series that can be compatible with ECG (electronic ballasts), CCG (magnetic ballasts), or direct AC 100-277 VAC. You can directly replace old fluorescent to LED lighting in simple way, “plug & play”.
