High-quality Bridgelux chip (COB)

BEST MR16 LED consists of a high-quality Bridgelux chip (COB). COB technology allows for a higher packing density of LED chips on the same substrate, leading to more uniform light distribution. Its reliability and consistency can provide you with a decent experience. In terms of CRI, the Bridgelux chips (COB) can accurately render colours, making them suitable for applications where colour accuracy is crucial, such as in retail or art galleries.

ECO-DESIGN

BEST is involved in eco-friendly and sustainable products so the lifespan of our MR16 reaches a peak of 100,000 hours. Following the sustainability development, BEST MR16 LED are made by body full of aluminium housing and the ventilation holes surrounding to have better heat dissipation and it is good for aerodynamics to distribute enough wind flow to cool down the temperature of the light source.

Please see the pictures generated by thermal imager. The temperatures between the COB junction and the aluminium case are almost the same. It means the heat dissipation is excellent. The overall operating temperature is about 60°C, and it can effectively extend the entire lifetime better than other brands.

TRIAC-DIM REVOLUTION

There are a lot of MR16 LED in the markets, and there are a lot of manufacturers making the TRIAC dimming LED drivers. However, they are not compatible while working as a completed set. The weird dimming issues such as flickering, very low dim range, unstable dimming performance can be found nowadays.
